The buyer has the right to access their personal data, the right to correct it, and other legal rights to this data. The supplier does not pass on customers’ personal data to any other person. The exception is external carriers, to whom customers’ personal data is passed on to the minimum extent necessary for the delivery of goods. Individual contracts are archived by the operator after their conclusion in electronic form and are accessible only to the store operator. By accessing the website www.colorwin.cz, the buyer agrees to the storage of so-called cookies on their end device (e.g., computer) in order to facilitate the provision of information society services; the buyer has the option to refuse to allow cookies or similar tools to be stored on their end devices, e.g., by enabling anonymous browsing in their browser.
