Season the porridge with a teaspoon of honey, cinnamon, cocoa, butter, and fruit (depending on the season, banana, strawberries, raspberries, orange). Enjoy the coconut treat.

The recipe is really simple:
Mix 50 ml of coconut milk (available in cans in grocery stores) with 70 ml of liquid universal soap without parabens and sulfates (I used soap from the e-shop www.bioo.cz)
Mix well in a bottle and you have a simple and effective shampoo with a high coconut content. Store in the refrigerator to make it last longer.
Why coconut? It contains a lot of minerals: calcium, iron, potassium, phosphorus, sodium, zinc, manganese, copper, B vitamins. Coconut oil has a beneficial effect on hair, as it has been shown to have antibacterial, antifungal, moisturizing and antioxidant effects. This not only protects your hair, but also provides it with great nutrition. Damaged and dyed hair will regenerate faster.
And while I’m on the subject of recipes, I also have a tip for you for a good, healthy coconut breakfast treat. Mix 300 ml of coconut milk (which we have left over) with:
- 2 tablespoons coconut flour
- 2 tablespoons ground flax seeds
- 1 tablespoon almond flour
And heat over medium heat. You can also add a beaten egg, which will thicken the porridge even more.
Season the porridge with a teaspoon of honey, cinnamon, cocoa, butter, and fruit (depending on the season, banana, strawberries, raspberries, orange). Enjoy the coconut treat.
